The flexibility of an automated system is increased by adding flexible feeding units . To achieve this target Ciposa developed the Modufeed as described
Modufeed
Flexible feeding system with vision recognitionToolless feeding system
Ideal for feeding and sorting of small parts
Compatible for flat parts or auto lathe parts
Recognition of size, form and orientation
Bunkers driven by the vision system
Ideal for Ciposa Delta Robots

CIPOSA-CSEM Partnership
Applications for microassembly

Inside of the framework of the partnership agreement signed between CIPOSA and the CSEM , the CSEM has developed a new delta robot model based on its famous Pocket Delta , the smallest high speed microassembly robot in the world.
Based on parallel kinematics , light and stiff structure ,this type of robot is specially well suited to resolve high speed and accurate microassembly tasks. Furthermore the compact integration reduce floor space and its costs.
Applications areas
- Watch industry
- Assembly of micro-motors
- Assembly of micro-sensors
- Assembly of micro-technological devices
- System in Package (SiP)
- Surface mount technology
- MEMS, MOEMS
- Micro-optical benches
- Biochips
- Biological cell manipulation
- ... and also your application!
