Ciposa invites you to discover a brand new assembly solution, presented for the first time on our virtual machine. Based on a 10-station XTS linear transfer, this technology optimises the micro-assembly of miniature pogo pins with extreme precision.

Thanks to its multi-position pallets, our solution can be adapted to different types of component, guaranteeing agile, optimised production. Its output reaches 1,600 parts per hour, with an efficiency of 95%, ensuring assembly to an accuracy of ±0.02 mm. Duplicated crimping stations keep productivity high, while machine vision monitors every stage of the process to guarantee impeccable quality.

Designed to keep pace with growing industrial needs, this modular machine allows stations to be added as production requirements change. The series changes without tools in less than 20 minutes, offering invaluable reactivity for the demanding connector industry.
