Key steps to ensure high-precision dispensing
Part visualization and measurement
Using a high-precision camera, the part is first analyzed to confirm its positioning and verify its dimensions, ensuring a reliable baseline before dispensing.
Dispensing
The deposit is then carried out using the dispensing technology best suited to the material and required volume, ensuring precise and controlled application.
Needle cleaning and inspection
The needle is automatically cleaned and inspected, ensuring optimal process stability and consistent quality throughout the cycles.
Dynamic fluid management
Fluid behavior is continuously monitored and controlled, enabling consistent and perfectly reproducible deposits, even at extremely low volumes.
Final inspection
A final camera inspection confirms the conformity of each deposit, guaranteeing impeccable quality throughout the entire production run.
We offer a complete range of dispensing units: time–pressure systems, jetting technology, as well as single- and two-component volumetric systems with pot-life management.
To meet surface tension requirements, we also integrate plasma treatment solutions, ensuring reliable and perfectly controlled dispensing.
The platform guarantees ultra-precise dispensing down to 1 nL. To illustrate this scale, the volume of a single raindrop is sufficient to produce 5,000 dispensing dots of 1 nL. Automatic calibration ensures perfect repeatability.
Integrated control combines a 3D profilometer, a gantry camera (XYR), and a confocal sensor (Z) to guarantee reliable and consistent micro-dispensing.
