Created in 2026 under Ciposa Holding SA, Photosa SA is a dedicated photonics assembly company focused on one clear objective: bringing precision photonics assembly into reliable, repeatable and scalable production.

Through Ciposa SA, our company carries 60 years of industrial experience in precision micro-assembly. Six decades spent designing and manufacturing machines for one of the most demanding production environments in the world: Swiss high-precision manufacturing. Machines built to run day after day, operated by production teams, where accuracy, reliability and repeatability are essential.

Photosa SA was created to bring this industrial discipline to photonics assembly.
The photonics market is moving fast. Co-Packaged Optics, PIC packaging and fiber attach are no longer future technologies. They are entering production now, driven by the growing needs of data centers, high-speed communication and advanced optical systems.
Yet scaling photonics assembly from prototype to volume production remains a major challenge. Processes that work in a laboratory environment do not always translate into a production line. Cycle time, operator dependency, yield stability and process repeatability become the real bottlenecks.
